Do you put together training programs?

I do not provide any one-size-fits-all programs. I firmly believe that every player has their own strengths and weaknesses that should be addressed specifically in a personalized program. Accordingly I often work with clients to develop a plan curated to them and their goals. I provide movement, skill and tactical analysis to examine areas of development for players and potential areas of injury concern.

How are you different from other trainers?

Unique to my program and methodology is my emphasis upon holistic player development. Although I do not claim to be a replacement for a dietician, physical therapist or professional coach, I offer insight that integrates elements of each discipline to help ensure the overall health of players. I truly care about players as not just athletes but people and feel it is important to develop a connection to my clients that is highly supportive. 

Where do you meet for sessions?

Although I am based out of Mill Creek I train players at fields across Seattle. I work with clients to establish a common training ground that is convenient for both parties. An extremely common field I host sessions at is Marymoor Park.
